I typically look for rooms with beautiful natural light, such as your bedroom, living room, or baby's nursery. We can easily move small items or clutter out of the way when needed. Your home simply becomes the backdrop to your family's story.
Your Baby Sets the Pace
My in-home newborn sessions are relaxed and baby-led. There is plenty of time for nursing or bottles, diaper changes, cuddles, and soothing your baby.
Your newborn doesn't have to sleep through the entire session either. Some of my favorite images happen when babies are awake, looking at their parents, stretching, yawning, or simply taking in their new surroundings.

Rather than focusing on complicated poses, I love documenting connection. Your gallery may include your baby cuddled against your chest, tiny hands wrapped around your fingers, moments with siblings, details of the nursery, and quiet interactions between your family.
